Hd Locked Incorrectly

i had i my seagate Baracuda 200GB hdd in my xbox and it was locked incorrectly.

Is there a way to unlock the harddrive, i cant imagine destroying a harddrive from just a software problem.

I think my friend had this problem, but we were trying to use a hard drive from a broken xbox instead. I never got that one resolved.

If nobody here can give any advice, you might try asking the folks over at http://forum.teamxbox.com/ . That's where I ended up in my search before.
