Seagate SATA 3.0 & Rosewill USB CASE

I just bought a Seagate 320GB SATA 2 Hard drive, and as a combo, I got a Rosewill RX353-S BLK external case.

The PC's recognize the USB device, and The fact that there is a hard drive drive installed in it. But In My Computer, no drive shows up.

How do I format this bare drive on usb if the drive does not show up?

Here is some information on the Disk Management snap in - This should help you find the drive and format it.

I reloaded the page and it was there.
