Raid card won't post.

I'm setting up a 4 disk array with a RocketRaid 2320. Initially I plugged everything in and got into the bios, setup my array, booted to windows, format the array. I then shutdown to put in the rest of ram, booted up, and now the card doesn't post on boot. And my array is missing from windows.

I pulled out the mem that I put in, even reset the cmos, and I get nothing. I thought maybe it was the card messed up in some kind of funky way. I had gotten one for another machine, so I pulled it out of the box, plugged it into the same harddrives and I'm getting nothing. Any ideas on how to make it atleast post on boot?

Nevermind guys, there is slight bow in the chassis thanks to ups. When I screw the card in must tug it too much. I just pulled the screw and pushed it in all the way and it is working fine. I need to get some sleep.
