Hard Drive Beeping
I have a 120gb hard drive as an external drive. When turning the hard drive on, it makes some kind of beeping noise like a failure probably of some sort. I thought perhaps it was the enclosure but I switched it out for a different drive and the enclosure worked fine as it read the drive perfectly. I tried installing the 120gb drive as a master in my desktop and it would make that beeping noise and boot failure. I would install it as a slave and windows will not see the drive. Is my drive finished??
