Err/ yes your right, do you find any slot covers about the size of a notebook harddisk? seems like most the pc componets are in the display area, or could be on the bottom of the unit this was the most info found.

Q: How do I replace my hard disk?
A: The following information provides the steps for replacing the hard disk. Verify the portable computer is turned off before beginning this process.
Locate the hard disk in the portable computer. The drive is located on the bottom of the portable computer.
The release latch has a screw in the center. Remove the screw and pull the latch up about a quarter of an inch.
Pull the hard disk toward the latch and it releases from the portable computer.
Insert the hard disk into the hard disk bay.
Push the hard disk towards the connection in the portable computer.
Push in the release latch and insert the screw.
