how to organize a backup ?
Hi all,
I should implement a backup system for 2 networked(p2p) comps(xp) with 40G hdd each. Requirements are: 1) mirror image of both drives (occasional backups) 2) differential backup of MyDocuments folders (daily) i'm planning to use Acronis backup software. the question is, should i : a) get a new hdd for each comp (& what size), b) or put a bigger hdd (say 80G) into one comp, which would play role of backup server. Are there some recommendations? Thanks Last edited by view; 08-26-2006 at 07:59 PM. |
