Only one of 3 partitions shows up
Hi everyone,
I have a problem and would appreciate any help. I bought an enclosure for the internal hard drive from my old computer and have been using it ever since as an external backup drive. My problem is that a couple of weeks ago I tried to turn it on and only one of its three partitions showed up, and I can't get the other two to appear ever since. Is anyone familiar with this kind of problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Thanks for the reply. I'm working with Windows XP. I am not sure what you mean by the format of the other partitions (I am not much of a computer expert). It used to be the internal hard drive on my old computer. It had 3 partitions (C, D, and E). It had Windows XP as the operating system, and the system was on C. Now, only what used to be C is showing up when I connect it to my computer, and the other ones (D and E) have disappeared. I hope this gives a clearer picture.
