Multimedia Audio controller, help please.

I need to install a driver for " Multimedia Audio controllers " as i have just reinstalled windows XP and there is a yellow mark beside it in "Device manager".
I have installed the the chipset drivers no problem but trying to find audio drivers at the Intel site & Gigabyte is hopeles, for me, i spent hours looking for it but nothing comes up, for me anyway, so i am hoping someone here can help me out.
I have run Everest, and this is what i am going by - i go to multimedia then click on PCI/Pnp audio, Intel 82801EB ICH5 - AC'97 Audio controller.
My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-81GP1000 Pro2 [-W] p4, 478 socket.
appreciate any help

When installing a Windows OS for the first time, always install the INF drivers before installing any other drivers. See the INF readme for details.
