Primary and Secondary IDE channels
So the problem is I uninstalled my primary and secondary IDE channels to get them to run in DMA mode. I updated my firmware for the drive before uninstalling. When I restarted it found the primary and secondary channels plus a new HDC hardware. My computer cannot install the HDC hardware. It is saying that the driver is not intended for the platform. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

It is an asus a7v600-x motherboard. I built the computer so it doesn't have a brand. I tried reinstalling the drivers from the mobo cd but it still doesn't install the primary and secondary ide channels properly.
