Suprised Sound Problem

Hi I'm from Mexico and I have a problem with my sound it says that i dont have a sound video and game driver something like that and i want to know if you could help me please I have a Sony VAIO VGN-T330FP and Windows XP and actually I don't know if I need a driver or what I hope you can understand my problem because I don't know if I write it right

if you mean it is not enabled in the bios enable it and remember to save the bios when exiting

do you have your manual,it will show you diagrams of the bios screens
to enter the bios you usually press the delete key as you are booting

Hi, With most (post-2000) VAIO's it's F2 from what i have seen to enter the bios. So if delete does not work try F2
