multimedia audio controller

I installed Creative Labs SB Live which replaced RealTek. I deleted ALL files with the name RealTek. Get an Ethernet message (I don't use any Ethernet) that says I need an Audio3d.dll file--went to my PC and it no longer exists. In the place where my multimedia audio controller is located (device manager) it says: NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY and then state a PCI\WEN something. Don't know what that is but where do I download it and install it? How do I configure (don't know what that means) my multimedia audio controller? My sound though works just fine right now. (all PC sound, music, etc.) Why do I need to do anything? Thanks Diane

You need to go into the BIOS and disable the onboard sound.
If your not using it,disable onboard LAN too.
