Drive not working?
I recieved an RCA Pearl TH1802-A Mp3 player.
So I plug it in the usb port. The first time my computer recognized it and showed it in the bottom right corner, and I open "my computer" and it's there in the G-Drive section. The next day, I turn the mp3 on and it says I've exceeded the usable memory and to remove files, then shuts off. So I go and plug it in again, only, this time it doesn't show up. I attempt to find it, but the G-drive is empty, yet on the bottom right it shows the icon to safely remove hardware. So it sees it, yet won't activate it? I try and troubleshoot, via- the remove hardware icon, but it says it's fine in location 0. I assume it's a lost hope. I try another computer, with vista and the same thing happens. Perhaps it's an auto-upload function inside the mp3 itself that won't work? Usually I'm prodded to open something nearly as soon as I plug it in. |
