Driver Error/Corruption/Problem

OS: Windows Professional XP Version 2002 SP 3

Before Problem Occured:

My computer is a bit slowing so I restarted it. After restarting, it doesn't boot up anymore, so i tried to reboot it again. And fortunately it opens, Disk check and deleted some corrupted attributes. But in the welcome screen it showed a registry recovery window. I thought it's ok, but my computer slowed more. My ESET antivirus won't start (kernel error) My local area connection is not showing up in the tray, whenever i drag an open window it slows. I tried to look in the device manager. and saw that lots of drivers have a yellow exclamation mark in their icon. i tried to install the backup for the drivers but only a few were fixed. Some have an error code of 39. Whenever i install the driver for that specific driver (Radeon ATI) i get a message of "The RPC server is unavailable".

This are the drivers that i still couldn't fixed:
No matter how many times i ran the backup this two won't be fixed >.<
Sis 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter - Packet Scheduler Miniport
Wan Miniport (IP) - Packet Scheduler Miniport

I tried the sfc /scannow but gave me an error code "0x000006ba"

My Network Connection is empty
I tried running the services related to it, but gave me "Win32:Access Denied"

Please help me!!
I'm still learning how to troubleshoot a computer.

Re: Driver Error/Corruption/Problem

try this as a user account with admin privileges is not the real admin account

press CTRL + ALT + DEL twice at the welcome screen and put your administrator password in the logon window that appears.
