Question "Other Devices" won't install on Dell

I have a Dell Dimension 4550. It was working really slow, so I looked online and found posts about how to erase the hard drive and re-install Windows XP. I did all that and now windows is working fine and at the same speed as when I first purchased the computer. However, I can't get online. When I look under the device manager, there's a list of "other devices" that have yellow arrows next to them. They are Camera, Ethernet Controller, Video Controller, and Video Controller (VGA compatible). I have all the discs that came with the computer and they don't help. And I can't get online to download the drivers. What should I do?

Re: "Other Devices" won't install on Dell

and welcome to the Forum

You can use the pc you are posting with to download the drivers. . burn to CD or copy to a flash drive to install on the Dell

You can go to the Dell support site, enter your Service Tag Number and download the drivers

See this for the order they should be installed:
