Re: wirless network adapater driver for windows 7[MOVED]
Did you use the driver from the Retail Plus link?
How far away are you from these wireless connections? The renge for this adapter is 300 meters (Free Space). Bill |

Re: wirless network adapater driver for windows 7[MOVED]
in the documentation for the retail plus usb wlan device it stays that with vista it uses the ar5007ug vista x64 driver ... that is the one I used for windows 7 release candidate and it worked ... so why isn't it working for the rtm .... very frustrating .. thanks for your help dude but I guess I will pass on upgrading to windows 7 for now ... thanks for you help

Re: wirless network adapater driver for windows 7[MOVED]
So the driver from the RetailPlus site installed without issues, but now you are stating that it does not detect any wireless networks?
How far away are you from these wireless networks? Bill |

Re: wirless network adapater driver for windows 7[MOVED]
the adapter works in the same computer just with a vista harddrive ... basically I have two hard drives one with vista x64 and the other with windows 7 x64 ... so I have been switching hard drives back and for depending on which os I want to use ...

Re: wirless network adapater driver for windows 7[MOVED]
Does the wireless detect any of your wireless connections, but you are not able to connect to them?
Or does it not detect them at all? Bill |
