Drivers

I recently had to re load vista onto my Dell Studio 1537 laptop.Since i have done this i have re installed Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate but on doing so not all the software has been installed. The main bit i use it for is editing videos and its this section that is missing could this down to some drivers missing. When o looked on device manager is was all ok nothing with a mark against it.Any ideas folks all help and advice most welcome.

Re: Drivers

Could it be before, it was a trial program that came with the laptop when it was new?

Re: Drivers

Ok, well you can try doing this:

1. Uninstall program first, restart computer.
2. Make a folder in "documents" folder under start button
3. insert cd and copy all files to the folder you made
4. remove cd, and try running the "setup.exe" file from inside the folder you made and install it.
