media card reader driver software problem

I ordered a computer with an internal 12 in 1 media card reader that has recently stopped reading media cards. My OS is Windows Vista x64 home basic, and I don't know the manufacturer of the media card reader. There error I got is as follows:

Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the driver software encountered a problem when it tried to run. The problem code is 47.
