[SOLVED] need help getting a driver so I can watch tv on computer

I put in this board, where I can plug in my cable to watch tv on my computer. On the board it has Conexant fusion 878A, and I went on the net to find the drivers and put it in. I went to the device manager to see if there were any conflicts, and there weren't any after installing the conexant drivers.

It also has:

Philips
3139 14713251C#
F11236 MK21PH hm
SV23 0144

SN:C01G005452

On the side it says MTV878 ver1.0

What do I need to do so that I can watch tv on my computer. Is there a program that I can download?

The sound quality is poor, I hardly hear it. Also, the is a driver conflict on other devices:

on Bt878 TV Card - Video Capture. I tried uninstalling all the drivers I installed and starting from scratch, but still get the same thing coming up when I start up the computer, which says: found new hardware. So I tried installing the BT878 TV Card, and it didn't help.

Other than that the tv quality is great when I watch ChrisTV Lite, but the sound is very low.

The sound seems to be very low when I have it plugged into the tv tuner card, can I have the sound come from my sound card on my mother board.

I have NO idea! I just find drivers, I don't make 'em work. :)

Are you using amplified speakers?

Make and model of computer?

How much memory ram does the computer have?

Do you have a graphics PCI card installed separate from the motherboard?

Finally is this Windows 98 you are running on the computer?

ok, I got it up and running, but the sound quality is very poor. I can hardly hear it. What can I do about that.
