[SOLVED] NEED HELP PLEASE graphics/video driver

I have an HP pavilion dv6000, xp SP3 home edition. And I am having trouble with my graphics or video controller or something like that. When i run dxdiag and go to display, and in the device box almost everything is n/a including the manufacture. I believe this has to do with not have the correct driver for my graphics card. It says please install the video driver provided by the manufacturer. I have gone to device manage numerous times and I do not see display adapters anywhere. I do not now what manufacturer my graphics card is. I can not play games like the sims 2 and age of empires 3. Here is my everest report, it is incredibly long i had to cut off a bit of it inorder to post it. Hopefully it wasn't anything important.
I would great appreciated knowing what i need to do to fix this issue i have been struggling for the past 2 weeks.

Re: NEED HELP PLEASE graphics/video driver

Hi,
I consolidated the report for you.

From the report you have other problems:
Quote:
Other devices:
Ethernet Controller
SM Bus Controller
Was this a "New" install of XP?

What is the exact model # of your dv6000?
Look at the bottom of the Laptop for the Model #

Go here:
http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html
Select Download drivers and software (and firmware)
Input your model #
Select your OS
It should give you all the drivers you need.
Install the CHIPSET driver first!

Let me know how you make out.
Bill
