CanoScan D2400U
Hi I've a CanoScan D2400U and have updated my PC from a Windows XP to a Windows Vista Basic operating system, the cannon driver on the CD loads OK and the system recognizes it but the scanner when scanning gets stuck at the return point and oversteps the cog continuously, I've tried the drivercure dirver scan but it has the driver listed as up to date, I dont think it is can anyone help?

Re: CanoScan D2400U
Hi,
Seeing it is hanging on the return path it maybe more mechanical than a driver issue. See if this driver will work better: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/co...1&modelid=6627 Select your OS. Bill Last edited by BCCOMP; 09-05-2009 at 07:45 AM. |
