Use Desktop Computer dvd drive thru an Usb Cable.
Hi, i have a laptop without a dvd or cd drive. my desktopp has a dvd/cd drive.
i want to use my desktop's dvd drive on my laptop thru a usb cable or any other type of cables. Please Help Thanks. |

Share the drive in windows. If you do not have them hooked to a network use a crossover cable to hook the 2 PC together and you'll be able to use the drive across the network, with the exception that some program installers won't allow network installs and some games won't allow network use but for data, music and other uses it will work.
