Missing drivers
I am suddenly having two problems with my Toshiba Satellite laptop: I am unable to access the Internet; I get a message that I am missing drivers. I hooked it directly to the modem and downloaded all updates, to no avail. The other problem -which happened simultaneously as the internet problem, is that my touchpad is no longer working. ????????

I need the model number of the laptop in order to determine what chipset driver you will need first before installing any other drivers.
