[SOLVED] Computer Crash, unknown problem
So i already posted a thread on video card support, and the recommendation was to get a new power supply. No problems until now. So now I am very sad that my computer STILL has issues. I still get the same problem with the blue screen error, and only when i play games.

Please post the full blue screen error message, file name and stop code.
If the problem only occurs when you play games, make sure your chipset drivers, graphics driver, audio driver and DirectX are all up to date.

i already reformatted my computer 2 times, and another time by one of my friends. Still no good. the only thing left that could possibly be the problem is RAM, or motherboard. I am so lost right now

hi use memtest86+ http://www.memtest.org/ download the iso and burn to disc put it in your drive and reboot run for at least a couple of hours check your temps in the bios you could also run a hdd diagnostic from mfr support website.you can at least eliminate some things this way

Sorry for Very late reply, i had to order a new pump online and without it i cannot start my liquid cooling. Yes i have right drivers installed. Today i booted up memtest v.2.11 and no errors. Now i'm having these errors not only in games, but just randomly. Maybe the motherboard doesn't receive much power?

i found the Problem, it was a simple matter as well. Thanks for your help. It so happened to be one of my ram sticks. i had two Z Gold Series sticks. (pc3 10666) each 2gb. I was told to only start up with one of them on, and switch off. Naturally, only one of them gave me problems.

Thanks for posting back with your solution.
Did you run memtest on each stick, one at a time? If you're using 32 bit XP (which can only use 3.5gb of your 4gb RAM), the RAM stick might not be faulty, just causing problems due to the 32 bit limitations.

i didn't bother doing it on malfunctioning one. I did for the only one running right now, all clear. I see what you are saying about the 32bit system. I already tried the other stick, and i got blue screen errors on just 2-3 min of game play. On the other hand, the one that is currently connected has not given me any problems or crashes.
