please i have a problem the network icon is not showing on my system i cant use local network after putting my cable to the RJ-45 port please help me with this am using a window xp.

Click Start > Run > type devmgmt.msc In Device Manager is the Driver installed? If not the you can download the Driver from the Dell website. http://support.dell.com/support/down...&catid=&impid=
