Wink [SOLVED] No Audio on Pc, recommend professional help.

Hey guys, I need some help...again.

I have an 'internet pc', which I use solely for internet use and work and I recently got Skype to communicate with a far off friend. Anyway, I can't get ANY sound. Not from speakers, not from headphones, not from anything.

What I've tried:

* I reinstalled Mega Codec Pack and whilst installing it complained about some missing registry entries and every entry I just 'ignored' and let it continue installing.

* I reinstalled Realtech '97 Audio drivers but that did nothing.

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section and move it to the appropriate section if deemed necessary. I thought my current predicament as a driver issue.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. (AT ALL).

Drive Sweeper:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D--...up)_d1655.html

Audio Driver:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

1. go into add/remove in control panel and uninstall the audio driver
2. run drive sweeper and remove entries pertaining to audio or realtek
3. reboot pc
4. upon bootup if you get the new found hardware wizard box, cancel it out.
5. install the audio driver
6. reboot pc

Re: No Audio on Pc, recommend professional help.

It didn't work. :(

- There was no new found hardware wizard anywhere
- When using Drive Sweeper, I wiped the Realtek Audio but there was something else, Creative audio- I tried to clean that too but it just analizes or cleans and does nothing.
(Like an endless loop)

No, no sound card.
Also, can't find an entry about Creative in Add/Remove.

Does driver sweeper tell you where Creative Audio is located?
