Help needed with driver download
Hi
I am trying to download the printer driver for OKI C5850. It downloads from the OKI site in Winzip. I run Winzip and try to install the download but I get a message saying I am installing a 'screensaver' and prompts me to run screensaver installer and that is where I stop. I am no expert but it seems to me that maybe the download on the OKI site has something wrong with it or am I doing something wrong or is the process correct? Can someone out there help!!! SD |

I have looked at this and there is a screen saver included with the download.

Hello and Welcome to TSF,
Delete the file you have downloaded and check in program files for any folders refering to it and delete it. Go here for the printer driver: http://www.okiprintingsolutions.es/f...Id=32&#drivers 1. turn off pc, disconnect the usb cable, turn on printer 2. install the printer driver and software 3. connect usb cable when the installation tells you to. 4. reboot pc
