[SOLVED] DirectX 9C troubles

Hi all, i recently downloaded aion beta.. and apparently 9c is required to play it. They gave me a link, i downloaded it but when i go to install it, it says "An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to derermine problem."

Ive searched google n stuff and alot of ppl seem to have trouble with it, but i cant find any answers as to why... Im not sure how to check my direct x log, so if you guys could help me out there too i might be able to narrow down my problem.

Thanks in advance :D
