need a driver a cd rom
All of the sudden the cd rom on my computer is not found at all. i checked the device manager and it said the driver was corrupt. so i got on dell.com and began searching and found similar drivers, but every one of them just said "drive not found".
the cd rom is a tsst ts-h493a scsi i cannot find it anywhere, and no, i can't find the driver cd that came with the computer. please help! |

HI,
Go to the Device Manager Right click on the tsst ts-h493a scsi CD-Rom>Uninstall Reboot the computer Windows should reinstall the driver. If that fails try this: You can no longer access the CD/DVD drive or Code 31 or Code 37 Let us know how you make out. Bill |
