Evil 44 Drivers(out-of-date) 2 Devices w/no Drivers!!

Someone has been using my computer and downloading, coping My documents ,Pictures,Movies,Files,etc. How? I Haven't a clue!!! While i'm logged on and trying to access my Photos i wasn't allowed to do certain actions i was recieving a message stated someone else was currently using it and so began the problem. I now have lots of compressed folders ,zipped files all sorts of differently formated files ,file extensions WFC,empty folders any how now i find myself struggling to get on internet explorer. MY Computer is an HP Pavillion Notebook dv1000 and my service provider has an Ethernet cable connected so i can access the web. MY Drivers are my main concern at the momment and these are the DEVICES i need help locating, and updating,or just installing back into my computer there's alot so i just hope u can bare with me,and help me resolve this problem!! thanks!!
