Dot4 files missing - USB
Hi,
My original fault was that my printer stopped printing, just spat out a blank page. It was all working fine. On closer investigation the above appear to be missing from the device manager. Can anyone help me. My Dot4 files appear to be missing. Under device manager the IDE ATA/ATAPI Cont, the IEEE 1284.4 Dot4 files appear to be missing. I can see the missing files in windows/drivecache/i368 etc etc, but how do I reinstate them. Have tried reinstalling printer drivers, checking drivers up to date etc etc. |

Re: Dot4 files missing - USB
Hello and Welcome to TSF,
Try this: turn off pc and pull the power cord out of it. Let it sit for 10 - 15 min or so. plug power cord back in and boot up pc What happened?
