Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Can you boot into Safe Mode? If yes, it would help if you include the minidumps (located in C:\Windows\Minidumps folder) in your next post. If there are no dump files in the folder, change the un-check the AUTOMATICALLY RESTART option in Startup and Recovery (under System Properties - click on advanced tab) then wait until it blue screen's again.
For now, run Memtest86+ on each of your RAM sticks (one stick at a time, alternating slots). Also run HDD diagnostics to rule out any hardware errors in the hard drive, then run CHKDSK /R in the command prompt.

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Hi luca.grasso,
Copy and paste the minidump folder to your desktop. Zip the folder and attach it to your next post using the Go Advance option. For Memtest86+ you need to download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip) Unzip the folder. Burn the ISO file as an IMAGE How to Burn a Bootable ISO File Reboot the computer and boot from CD. Thanks, Bill |

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
There are minidumps files.zip now attached.
Also, I run the HDD diagnostic...my laptop is toshiba, but in the property of hard drive I have seen that it is fujitsu. After diagnostic with fujitsu tool, appear that: Warning, no hard disk drive has benn identified in your system. The following are the possible causes: - hdd power cable is not properly attached to the hdd - hdd inteface cable is not properly attached to the hdd - hdd master-slave setting is incorrect It is strange this! My internal hard drive still working fine. I'm waiting to recove an empty cd-rom form doing an iso cd file |

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Regarding the HDD diagnostic, did you run from CD drive? I suggest you the test again (assuming you just pressed a wrong key). Also try Seatools or Hitachi DFT (see HDD Diags link on my sig for d/load).
I also suggest you run Memtest86+ just to rule out the RAM. As for the dump files, I just viewed the April 12, 2009 files (with the D1 errors) and noticed something common with the 4 dump files. Probably caused by NDIS.SYS when VSMON.exe was running. NDIS.sys is a collection of routines that applications can use to perform network operations (in a nutshell) while VSMON.exe is related to ZoneLabs Firewall (specifically ZoneAlarm). I suggest you try to use another firewall software and uninstall ZoneAlarm out of your system. Or may be you can try to uninstall and reinstall ZoneAlarm. You may also try updating it first but I doubt if it would help.

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
I tried to burn an iso cd wth imgburn, but the writing is failed. I'm not able to do it, I don't know why. The program say me that: Device not ready (Medium Not Present - Tray Open). Is it possible that also the cd drive doesn't work very well?

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Actually I was expecting you will do the burn/copy in another computer. For obvious reasons
I would not suggest nor expect you will do the burn/copy in the computer that you are having problems with.As for your question if it is possible that the cd drive doesn't work very well... what do you think?

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Problem fix, Cd-writer works good. I was doing something wrong with the program..I have done the iso cd and I have restarted O.S.. Entered in the Bios setup and put the cd in primary position, after that Memtest86 started. After 4 hours of test without any errors I stopped it.
Now I will check the Hard disk with HDD Diags, correct? |

Did you uninstall ZoneAlarm already? I did not see any update on this.

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
After uninstalling Zonealarm do you still get any BSODs? If so, attach the minidumps in your next post.
As for HDD diagnostics... use this: http://www.hitachigst.com/hdd/suppor...2_v415_b01.iso. You have to burn the ISO image into a blank CD. Instructions can be found on the HOW TO BURN ISO... link on my sig.

Re: The S.o. restart automaticly with a quick blue screen
Hi,
I have also analyzed your last for minidump files (04-12-09) It appears you have two firewalls setup? Two dump files show that you have Zone Alarm: Minidump 041209-01 Code:

I agree with TriggerFinger, you need to uninstall Zone Alarm Firewall/Security Suite and any other Security software you may have and install just one form or another (ex. Zone Alarm Security Suite or Eset Personal Firewall w/ Anti-Virus/Spyware protection. I have attached the full Minidumps files from 04/12/09. |
