My iPod is not recognized by computer

Hi,

I have a 1 GB apple Shuffle ipod.
with serial no. 4H8188ZCYX6.
When i plugin the USB following message is displayed:
"No drivers are installed for this device.
If you are having problems with this device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter."

I don't have the drivers of it.
It can be charged but unable to view songs inside that.

Will anyone help me.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi and welcome Ajay.
Download the latest version of Apple iTunes for your system and then go through its setup for the iPod in question.
