Driver Support Request drivers or find help with drivers

USB's

This isn't that much related to drivers but it the closest thing i could find connected to my problem.
All of a sudden my USB ports have stopped working and they wont detect any of my devices i cant download any drivers etc because my internet is wireless so i have a USB adapter (im on my sisters laptop) please help i really need my USB's fixed, Any suggestions ?

in the device manager click on view at the top and in the dropdown
show hidden devices
then uninstall all listed usb items
turn the computer off
unplug usb plugs
reboot twice
replug in the usb plugs

they will be installed on the second reboot and when you plug in the plugs windows should recognise them

Ive tried this and it still wont recognise them :( do you think if i brought a PCI USB would that help ?

Also when i plug my phone in to my usb it works also my keyboard works on startup but then after that nothing :(

is pnp enabled in the bios

usb cards are cheap may be worth trying one
