Let me know what errors are remaining.
Hope this helps,

Re: no sound

ok bc, ignore that last post. atlast i have finally got sound. i used your link to DL the audio drivers and restarted my comp and went into settings (del. on startup) and turned off my onboard audio thing. im not really that good with computers so this is about as best as i can describe sorry lol. i then reinstalled the realtek drivers and all is good, at last i now have sound but it now puts out a high pitch squeel. do you know how i can resolve this? also when i tried the Chipset driver all went well except for the ethernet controller. there is still a yellow flag next to it in device manager.

Re: no sound

Hi,
I am glad you have your sound back, but do you have a seperate sound card installed?

The driver I gave you was for the On-Board sound card

So, I do not confuse you can you run Everest under my signature and attach the full report to the thread. This report will tell me what hardware you have.

Thanks,
Bill
