in my download drivers i have a yellow ? i beleive it is pci device but i can not install updates help

Hi Kathy44,
What is the make and model of your computer? Please go to the Device Manager Post any errors (yellow !?, or Red x) Also on the errors: Right click on the error>Properties>Details Tab Post the info you find under Device Instance ID. Thanks, Bill |
