i have web cam problem on my laptop
i have Hp pavillion dv6899ee spcial edition laptop
with vista ultimate after updating to sp1 the camera does not working any more. the microsoft updaate the driver to USB2 device camera.but it not working at all i try many time even i install the hp pavillion web cam driver but nothing happend could you plz find solution Regards |

uninstall the drivers
uninstall the camera install the hp driver and software reboot and check it after windows finds it and reinstalls

thanks for your reply i do as you told i uninstall the camera driver then install HP pavillion web cam driver then cyber cam software the software when open give me error messege also msn when try to make audio and video setup give the same error Regards |
