graphic card driver

I had downloaded incredimail photo joy and i have problems
I had uploaded pictures from my computer but i can't open the screen saver, collages or anything else. I asked help from their support forum and they wrote that i need graphic card driver.
I had also installed a software named my pictures 3d and i can't work with it ither.

I hope you will be able to help me soulve my problem.

Hi Tzila, welcome to TSF

Go to Start > Run and type dxdiag, then click OK and go to the Display tab at the top. Post back with everything listed in the Device and Drivers sections.

This will help us find the correct driver for your computer.
