Need help finding correct drivers
Hi, I need help finding correct drivers for my daughter's Compaq EVO D510 CMT, Intel Pentium 4, 2400 mhz, Intel Brookdale-G i845G Rev.01. Her Device Manager shows yellow qmarks on Other Devices, code 28 for Ethernet Controller, Multimedia Audio Controller and Video Controller (VGA Comp.)
PCI/PnP Network as Intel 82801DB ICH4-Lan Controller w/82562 EM/EX PHY Audio Adapter as Intel 82801DB ICH4-AC'97 Audio Controller A-1 PCI/AGP Video as Intel Extreme Graphics Video Adapter and 3D Accelerator GPU Intergrated as Intel 82845G/GL/GV Graphic Controller I found 2- 1. PRO2KXP_v13.5.exe-Network 2. WIN2K_XP1410 pkg. 21729- Video Controller I need to know if these are correct for her system. I also need a Audio Controller. Any help will be greatly appreciated! P. S. After locating the correct downloads, and putting them on her pc, how does she go about installing them? Thanks! |

Hi
Here is a link for ALL the drivers, but I am unsure of the OS (XP, XP Pro) http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport...510&taskId=135 Install the Chipset driver first If you have issue with selecting the correct driver please go to the Device Manager Right click on each error>Properties>Details Tab Post the DEV/VEN numbers you find under Device Instance ID.
