Can not find many important drivers, please help.[Moved from XP Support]

This is actually a laptop related problem. I own a Lenovo 3000 c100 laptop and it has been running great ever since my dad gave it to me. Just recently I found that it was running a bit slow and glitchy so I've decided to format it and clear all its problems. However, instead of clearing all my problem it has given me handful. I have discovered that after I formatted my 3000 c100, I accidentally cleared my base system and now my laptop cannot proform normally like it use to.

Due to this fact, I am missing many important drivers which I am unable to find and because of this I am unable to run my wireless network, or view websites without lag when scrolling down the page etc etc. The only driver I was able to find was my sound driver which I got off of the realtek website but other then that I had no luck with the other drivers.

Here is a screen shot showing all the driver that I am missing at the moment.

I have spend hours upon hours searching for these drivers but ended up wtih nothing. Can someone please help me!

Use the REFINE Search to narrow down the drivers.
