Co processor Driver needed for Compaq750US

Hi,
I recently changed my harddrive in a compaq 750us and installed XP service pack 3. Problem I have is installing the driver for the processor. I was able to install the SMBUS driver w\o problems, but the processor driver will not install. I downloaded the amd. driver from a link ( www.amd.com/us-en/processors...
-13118,00.html )on a previous thread but even though I run it the coprocessor is still showing up as a ? mark in the device manager. I'm running an amd 64 x 2 32bit. I don't want to install the other drivers as searching through these threads, all here state installing have to follow a sequence.Any help in finding this driver appreciated.

It is the 2nd one from the BOTTOM of the list.
Download and install, then REBOOT.

I did, but when I execute and install, it is installing but the coprocessor is still showing up with a yellow question mark in the device manager.

Did you MANUALLY install the Co-Processor

I think the first mistake is SP3.
I do not install and confirm ALL drivers work BEFORE SP3

right click on your co processor and try to update driver and browse to where it extracted the drivers.
