xp ethernet driver for compaq 750 us

Hi,
I'm new here and just downgraded my compaq 750us from Vista back to xp pro service pk 3. I followed instructions in threads in this forum and was able to get most of the devices working.I have a problem with my ethernet connection though as the Nvidia 360 driver does not work even though I manually installed it. It is still showing as error. I also have one device still in a "question mark" in device manager. Can any one help me out here.Thanks a lot.

Have you seen this thread?
Vista to XP Downgrade Compaq/ HP F700/G6000/DV6900/DV6700/DVx7xx/DV9800 Series Laptop

Can you Right Click on both these errors>Properties>Details Tab
Post the VEN/DEV numbers you see under Device Instance ID.

Hi,
For the Ethernet (LAN) I'm seeing this in the device instance id :-

1A3E09BE-1E45-494B-9174-D7385B45BBF5}\NVNET_DEV054C\4&17934CC9&1&00

For the device still in "?" mark -

ACPI\HPQ00612&DABA3FF&0

Hi,
What Chipset driver did you install?
The LAN driver and instructions to install are posted in the link I gave you in POST #2

The ACPI\HPQ00612&DABA3FF&0 is the Quick Launch Buttons also on the link
