Unable to install Sound Drivers
Recently I bought a new computer and after installing the usual I came across that the sound wasn't working even after installing the Audio driver from my S-Series motherboard disc.
Since, I was then re-assured this was the case after running a dxdiag and this displaying that I had no sound driver so I re-entered the Gigabyte S-Series motherboard disc and explored then went on to install the driver manually however I recieved an error, so far I have tried installing the following drivers but again with failure: - R1.68 (Motherboard disc) - R2.00 (Downloaded) - R2.10 (Downloaded) And all of them get the same error, leaning towards the end of installation: "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !!" Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks! |
