Re: monitor driver

I Googled L-171 drivers and it appears this Monitor is used by quite a few comp makers. It was originally supplied with drivers but I cannot find any. Having said that I have never used drivers on an LCD monitor. I set the size and then the refresh rate @ 60hz. I just press the Auto button.
I copied this from somewhere else.( Forum rules prevent me from saying where?) .
:Use the "Digital Flat Panel 1280 x 1024" driver which is included in Windows itself, for the monitor (you don't even need the CD).Make sure the refresh rate is 60Hz.

Re: monitor driver

reinstall your video driver and see if that makes a difference
in the device manager uninstall the video card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes rebooting
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
