Brother Monochrome Laser Printer HL2030 XP Driver

Hello everyone. I am having a problem printing on Win XP Home Professional SP3. The printer was working well until some months back. An error message always pops-up failed to print. I got into Brother Solutions and downloaded the patch that they have on the net but to no avail.
How can I resolve this issue?

The first thing I would try is uninstalling your driver, reboot and reinstall. Ink cartridge? Connection?
