samsung cd ts-h552
my computer ( dell dimension 2400 ) does not load this cd dvd player plus it does not recognize that i have installed this cd disc player.

Is this a new install of the CD-rom? Is this the only CD-Rom on this PC and is it jumpered correctly? If it was not a new install and was functioning properly at some point you may have to do this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060/EN-US/ Bill |
