Zune

Hi,
I currently own a 80 gig zune that i have had lots of problems with running on my laptop, I have tried the device on other computers that already have the zune program on them and the device connects with out a problem.
When I connect the device the computer recognizes the device however the program does not show that the device is connected. I have tried working with Microsoft's shitty support line to try and fix the problem but it makes no difference at all..
My computer says that it needs to change the drivers or something like that, and it will reinstall and then restart the computer however this makes no difference and it will continue on like this until you stop it.
I have tried to...
Reinstall the Zune program many times
Roll Back my Windows Media Player. then bring it back.
Reset the device while it is connected.
Uninstall and Reinstall the drivers.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Re: Zune

Yeah I tried the new version a few times, I have noticed that if i remove my internet connection from my computer I get a Code 18 on the driver which just tells me to reload the driver onto my computer however what ever driver i try and reinstall... it doesn't make a difference.
