HID mouse "Invalid Data"??
Hey guys, i just reformatted my computer and am having trouble installing the HID mouse driver. Specifically for my Logitech MX 518 gaming mouse.
Whenever i try install the driver from device manager i get this message. "An error occurred during the installation of the device. the data is invalid." The same happens when i try to use my Microsoft wireless notebook mouse. Both mice worked fine before i formatted. Im running XP pro on an intel D945GTP board. Not really sure what to do. any help would be great. |

Re: HID mouse "Invalid Data"??
Hi,
Have you done a full MS update to SP2? Update to XP SP2. Try this driver for your mouse (Logitech): http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/KEY...ouse-424.shtml Thanks, Bill |
