Re: drivers

Hi,
Can I get a screenshot of the device manager with all the + opened?
Here is how:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/cont...icles/151.html

Acer has all the drivers here:
http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/for...d=3394#results

Select Product Line - Notebook, Then Aspire 5630.
Under Advance option input Vista. This will filter out the XP drivers.
All if not most of the drivers posted are compatible with your model.
Bill

Re: drivers

If it came with Vista you should not have to flash the BIOS. The Bios should be set for Vista.
The PCI Flash errors should be the media card.
Try to Extract the driver you downloaded to a folder and Manually install the driver through the Device Manager directing it to the folder you extracted.

Re: drivers

Are the errors for the flash card still in the device manager?
Go to the device manager an right click on one of the errors>Properties>Details Tab>post what you find under Device Instance ID (a VEN#/DEV#)
