Webcam cause minidump on yahoo messenger

i have "Enter usb 2.0 pc camera" it works well in yahoo messenger only for 5 minutes, then mini dump takes place. plz help me. i have attached mini dump files. waiting for your reply, thanx.

Did you turn off your protection before installing the webcam, this is required.

Otherwise conflicts will arise with the software. Heres 2 online scans:

run these first: http://prerelease.trendmicro-europe.com/hc66/launch/

http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/

The online trojan scan can be run offline after it gets done downloading the databases

you will get a box to choose scan, choose deep scan, now you may disconnect yourline.

After scanning is done, remove your webcam (hardware and software), next

disable antivirus and antispyware protection, install the software and hardware,

reboot pc.

I dont know of another way, just know that when you install a webcam

the protection has to be off for it to install correctly or otherwise your going to have

problems.

u write about turning protection off,
what type of protection u r talking about,
please tell me in details,
i cannt scan online, my internet speed is very slow,
tell me about turning protection off in detail.

First make sure your offline, and in the right hanmd lower corner of tasbar,

you have icons, go to your antivirus and antispyware and right click on them and choose

disable. After that is done, put your webcam disc in cd rom and install it.

After it is installed, reboot pc. Your antivirus and antispyware programs will automatically

come back on when the pc is rebooted.

also go start, run and type in: ipconfig /flushdns

this will help with your internet speed issue.
