OS: windows vista home premium 32 bit

Need Soundmax ADI 1981b for Vista
I can't find the ADI 1981b Soundmax drivers for Vista, they don't seem to be available,I tried installing Ac'97 drivers, but I keep getting an error 10 message failed to start. . Is there anyway to get XP drivers to work in vista?
